Rebuild your pelvic floor, gain confidence, and overcome leaky bladder...
Have you noticed occasional leaks or changes in your body that make certain activities more challenging? Instead of living fully on your terms, you might find yourself adjusting plans to accommodate these changes, which can lead to:
- Missing out on vacations or activities you once loved
- Feeling disconnected or distant from others
- Experiencing frustration or worry about how this impacts your loved ones
Â
Doctors usually prescribe invasive surgeries or a lifetime of prescriptions and incontinence pads.
But those are not the only options. And here’s why…
Bladder Control is a Fitness Issue
It isn’t just another “part of getting older.”
Â
You start losing muscle mass in your 30s, and muscle loss accelerates in your 60s – up to 8% per decade. But you can maintain muscle mass with regular physical activity.Â
The same is true of your pelvic floor muscles.Â
Whether you work at a desk, have experienced childbirth, are navigating the natural changes that come with aging, or simply want to enhance your physical wellness, your pelvic floor might need extra attention. The good news is that with the right movements and a simple, targeted routine, you can build and maintain a strong, resilient pelvic floor.
Â
Maintain and rebuild your pelvic strength so that you can do the things you love—like traveling, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and living your life to the fullest.

❌ No More 3:00 AM Bathroom Visits
"Everywhere I went, I knew where the bathroom was. Now, I have some tools to control that. I was also getting up several times per night, which was interrupting my sleep. So I think there are some corollary benefits. I find this very easy to do at home. It’s only 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. But I also find that I’m more aware of controlling those muscles any time during the day.”Â
– Janet, Senior PfliAtes Class participant.Â
âś… Improved in 28 Days

"The best part of this Pfliates class for me was learning how to work the pelvic floor muscles together to improve my health. I’ve taken it for a month, and I”ve incorporated this into my life. It’s very easy 5 minutes in the morning and evening, and I do it right after I brush my teeth. It’s that easy."
- Pam, Senior Pfliates Class participant.Â

About Dr. Bruce Crawford
I’m a board certified urogynecologist with 30 years clinical experience and creator of the Pfilates program. Having worked with thousands of pelvic disorder patients, it became obvious to me that we needed to have an affordable, effective way to treat them without resorting to prescriptions or invasive surgery.
After studying over 120 personal training, yoga, and Pilates moves, we found the most effective exercises to condition the pelvic floor. The majority of people can improve their pelvic floor – as well as their sense of health, well-being, and dignity – in just 5 minutes in the morning and evening.Â

About Heather Dibkey, M.Sc. & Exercise PhysiologistÂ
When I gave birth to my son 18 years ago, I sustained pudendal nerve damage. I developed pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, loss of sexual functioning, and had chronic SI joint pain.Â
Frustrated with the lack of non-invasive medical options, I finally found Pfilates and tried it as a last-ditch effort. Not only did the Pfilates Method work for me, it is still working for me over a decade later as a menopausal woman.
It is my sincerest desire to make Pfilates accessible to everyone. If you’re reading this and struggling with pelvic floor issues, you don’t have to struggle alone. Don’t wait to begin your healing journey with us.
